Order Processing in SAP. 

Checking the status of the order, cancellation the order using SAP. 

Purchase order of required items used for daily operation in coordination with purchase department.

Assisting Customer regarding product in an informative and helpful way. 

Taking Customer order and updating in systems.

Giving confirmation calls to the customers for order booking and reverting on mail as per the requirement. 

Co-ordinating with other departments whenever required.

Resolving the Customers complaints and ensuring Customer satisfaction at all the times.

Printing and settlement of bills and receipts. 11.Co-ordinating inventory check on daily basis. 

Maintaining positive environment with other staffs and Customer relationship at all the times.
