Job Profile :

Departmental Activities:

Layout Inspection of products and preparing reports for the same.

Responsible of overall process quality. (Moulding & seamless and lami tubes).

Making test certificates of all incoming & Finished Goods.

Product testing as per test methods.

Analysis of rejection along with our team to avoid customer complaints.

Evaluation of Mould/RM trial samples.

Handling the Non-conformity of the products & disposal of the same with the interface of concern dept.

Online Inspection of Caps and Closers in Production with Dimensions & Performance Tests.

Maintaining Records & Documents for, ISO 9001-2008 & ISO 15378 Requirement..

Training of the HMP (Harmonized Manufacturing Policies) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) documents,  kaizen, 5s training.

Prepare the SAP report and Monthly presentation.



Developmental Activities:

Part approval of newly developed part as per customer requirements.

Sample submission of new Project to customer.

New product testing & preparing the evaluation report.

Co-ordination with customer for better quality supply.



Additional Knowledge:

Processing Techniques of Plastic materials (such as Injection Moulding, Compression Moulding, Blow Moulding, Foam Moulding, Thermoforming, Extrusion etc).

Online inspection for Lamitubes & Injection moulding like overlap, poly flow, tube bonding, burst strength, drop, cap dimensions, cap color bleeding test, cap firment etc.
