Implementation of new systems for productivity & process improvement

Monitoring process in injection molding machine.

Key role in process setting/Process Optimization.

Daily Review of production trends and rejection.

Major role in preventive maintenance of mold & machine.

Planning & implementation for production control.

Co-ordination 5s activity of our dept.

Responsibility of all skill develop to the sub ordinate by on job training.



Raw Materials Used:

PBT, NYLON6&66, ABS, POM, PP, HDPE, LDPE



Machines Handled:

Engel, Woojin, LS, Sumitomo,Toshiba, JSW 

Vertical & Horizontal type injection moulding machine CAPACITY :50T-650T
