Managing Raffia Section consisting 1 Lohia Star-linger tape line & 1 assembled tape line (Windsor Die), 14 lohia star-linger looms, 8 cir-wind looms & 9 GCL looms; managing production capacity of 350 Tones tarpaulins

Supervising the assembled Extrusion Lamination Plant & 5 Centre Heat Sealing Machines & 2 Stitching Machines

Directing the production of Tarpaulins (GSM varying from 100 to 420) & Geo-membrane (Pond Lining-GSM varying from 250 to 1000) & production of vermi compost beds

Delivering 30 thousand tarpaulins per month consistently

Reviewing product & production; arranged m/c wise & product wise production

Coordinating with supervisors and loom operators for better production

Working with tape plant & maintenance department for improving production

Maintaining loom history book & performing maintenance of machines with assistance of maintenance department
