Operating the Sumitomo, 220 , 280 , 450 , Ergotech 80-3 Demag 80/5,Fanuc 100A, Fanuc 100B,Fanuc 150 , Jsw 35  Horizontal and verticle  Injection Molding Machine. Toshiba 450 t , 280 t .

Primarily go for achieving daily production targets.

Mention the Process monitoring sheet, Daily check sheet, 5S Sheet and Daily production Report sheet .

Visually inspection of part liks as Oily mark, Flash, Blackspot, Colour change, Burn Mark,Short Fill. Without Insert,, Bubble Mark Etc

I have knowledge of thermo plastic material.

If I found the problem like as flash, burn mark, dimensions variation, short fill, color change any type of troubleshooting   then I correct that .

Attend daily meeting on line about rejection, quality problems etc.

Maintaining and following 5s in work area.

Maintain the work  safety at shop floor area
