Responsible for entire production activity.

Establishing online activity through Time Analysis.

Solving internal and external customer Complaints.

To do new mould trial and making trial report and m/c process standard.

To give proper training of worker about troubleshooting, 5?s, safety quality and other activities.

Control rejection by keeping auxiliary equipment always good working condition.

To do daily rejection analysis of molded components and make countermeasure.

To maintain ISO and TS document and keep the record.

Manpower handling on shop floor.

Preparation of monthly reports like Net Utilization, Production Efficiency , Material yield etc.

Cycle Time Improvement.
