Production, Planning, Implementation & Control, FIBC/JUMBO Bags:

Tape Plant and Loom Section also Planning of Jumbo bags & Preparing of Export Invoices.



Tape plant & loom section: 

Machines strength: Two Tape plants, 22 Circular looms & 12 Sulzer looms  

Overall responsible for Factory Management, Production, procurement, Quality Control, Work orders etc.  

Overall Responsibilities of Production planning and governing all production process. 

Planning of F.I.B.C. Fabric production, Cutting and finishing of Jumbo Bags.  

Effective utilization of man power and materials, with a team of 300+ personnel. 

Organizing supervising and motivating production team members to achieve the goals. 

Minimize of wastage & improving productivity by implementing Standard Operation Procedure.

Responsible for logistic control on overall process of production and material handling throughout the system along with the ?Quality Management System? & ERP Focus System



Preparing production planning sheet and BOM. Updating the production status to management on regular basis. 

Maintaining Logistic control system of Fabric & Belts as per Production order scheduling. 

Responsible for semi finish and finished goods stock and controlling its stock level on shop floor 

Handling Dispatch or loading of finished goods in Containers as per required standard. 

Inventory control of accessories items & indenting as per scheduling.Formally supervision for 

Involved in planning & managing production through 02 Extruder Tape Plants, 22 Circular Looms (Loom models:  LSL-8, LSL-620,) 10 Sulzer looms with a team of 300+ personnel.  



Contributed significantly in cost reduction projects in the unit. 

Gained invaluable experience of handling HDPE, PP, and Masterbatches & Additives.

Organized various training sessions for the team to enhance their performance. 

Handled management of facilities/infrastructure to ensure cost effective work-ability.
