Job Profile : 

Manpower requirement planning.

Cost reduction.

Production planning.

Ensuring optimum utilization of machine and manpower.

Follow up activities for critical component, maintain repair statistics and take Corrective actions.

Organize help for the operator in rectifying machine problem at the time of a major breakdown.

Making monthly Preventive maintenance schedule to avoid running breakdowns.

Ensuring discipline, quality, house keeping & safety practices on the shop floor.

Help in job setting when the new pouch is launch.

To coordinate with Quality Assurance / Quality Control and also with other departments like blown film, Printing, lamination & slitting.

Maintain 5 S & ALC ( area line clearance ) activities in production areas.

Having maximum knowledge of Pouch generation Machines.



Technical Skills :

Go to abroad for new machines trials.
