Presenting Continuous Improvement Plan for Better Quality Product.

Maintaining documents & it?s record as per requirements.

Review of customers complaints, implement CAPA with RCA to minimize the customer complaints.

Review of Non-conformity.

Testing procedure as per product & customer requirement.

Attend trial for new product & prepare observation reports.

Reduce internal rejection.

Implementation & develop Poka-yoke to avoid customer complaints.

Execution of calibration plan and ensure all instrument are calibrated as per schedule.

Conduct internal audit as per ISO 9001:2015.

Coordinate with team members & provide training whenever required
