To set standard, parameters according to quality requirement. 

Troubleshooting during production of moulded articles.

Continuous interacting with mould machine maintenance. 

Attending customer complaints and defining the procedure rectify the complaints.

Analysis of problem and implementing immediate preventive corrective action to avoid fault repetition

Setting of moulds of different height on suitable machine so as to make optimum use of available resources.

Inspection of products through visualization for quality standards before being packed. 

Maintaining consistency of production by achieving targets 

Maintaining 5S standards on shopfloor 

Looking after day to day activity of 4?M 

Activity participate in autonomous maintenance(TPM), KAIZEN, 5?S activity

Machine handling 

Work on advance technology JSW-EL and NETSTAL CNC injection moulding machine with high productions mould, YUSHIN advance high speed2-Asix & 3-Asix takeout ROBOTS, advance KYOTO assembly machine on lower cycle time.

Work on sumitomo (Japan) injection moulding machine with YUSHIN2-ASIX robots. 

Work on STM injection moulding machine & SWX power press for LED Bulb part. 

Work on NC WINDSOR(India) & CNC JONWAI (Taiwan) with TV parts,automobile & job moulding work.

Centralized material feeding system of LTM-MOTAN(Germany) & local material feeding system with hot airdryer of BRYAIR 

Work on EXTRUSION for crush(grind) material to extrude granules.
