Working on NX-10 ,AUTO CAD 2016,FORMING SUIT, Creo Element, Hypermill CAD, Nx CAM , Nx CAD, Zeiss Calypso 2018, Inspec.

CMM and VMM measuring machine handling.

Make inspection report of core and cavity of mould.

Cam programming for Vmc machine and wire cut edm machine.

Graphite and copper electrode design as well as cam programming.

Make process plan for manufacturing tool and mould

Preparation of Monthly Customer Presentation & Monthly Management Information.

To handle man & machine power .

To arrange & good selection of tool for machining.

To take daily meeting for rejection & rework. 

Responsibility for Development of Jigs, Fixtures & Gauges, press tool and mould.

Make daily micro plan and fallow.
