Job Profile : 

Organizing the activities to ensure the products at all stages meeting customer, design & drawing requirements, identification & training needs for personnel in department. 

Monitoring the Calibration of measurement instruments, maintenance of measuring instruments, history card etc.

In-house verification of regular production instruments based on master instruments / Gauges. 

Performing stage / final, Visual Inspection and Dimensional Inspection.

Identifying non- conformities on product/process and raising NCR



Key skills:

Attending Daily issues

Knowledge about 8D

Prepare all instrument calibration validity reports

Maintaining Quality Documents



Key Performance Area:

Analyzing line quality problems, and take initiating corrective & preventive action to control the line to meet the customers? requirements. 

Monitoring the Calibration of measurement instruments, maintenance of measuring instruments, history card etc.

Prepare First Article Inspection Report (FAI), Two Hours product conformation report, and also make the Delivery report for every shipments.

Co-ordinate with Process team to follow Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for different models. ? Conform the quality of product by contact inspection as per standard.

Awareness in handling the ESD sensitive Component. 

Monitoring the 5S, Electro static Discharge (ESD) for improve the Quality of product. 

Through MES (Manufacturing Execution System) updating the every shipment reports to the client.



U.G Mini Project: 

Title: Optimization of Machining Parameters of Magnesium-Carbide Composite using Response Surface Methodology.

Role Of Mine In Team: I have handled Design, Fabrication and Report work and head of our project



U.G Main Project: 

Title: Investigation and analysis of alternative fuel for four stroke diesel engine .. 

Role Of Mine In Team: I have handled design calculations, Report work and head of our project members.



Co-curricular Activities: 

Participated in National wrestling .Championship and Won Medals in State level Wrestling Championship.

Attended an inplant training in Rail Net Software Solutions (DOE Government Of India) Southern Railway/Madurai Division
