Job Profile : 

Successfully started manufacturing of UPVC/CPVC solvent cement in our plant by conducting a lot of trial and setup a manufacturing unit.

Knowledge of calibration process of equipment's.

Knowledge of extruder and mixer process and control.

Knowledge of uPVC, CPVC pipe formulation.  

Troubleshooting of problems related to machine and finish product.

Taking stringent quality measures including preparation / maintenance of necessary documents & conducting audits to ensure compliance with standards

Assisting the Internal / External Auditors for conducting quality audits & for measuring the effectiveness of quality management system.

Knowledge of standards related to finish product and its testing

Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 18001 standards.

Experience to handle all the laboratory equipment for the finish product testing and raw material testing for uPVC & CPVC pipes.(XRF testing machine, Viscometer, Tensile machine etc.)

Testing and clearance of all the incoming raw material and other brought out items before production trial

Searched and found the new suppliers to provide good quality of raw material with low cost effectiveness.
