Production Planning Control & Production

Planning day-to-day strategies, production schedules, along with resource allocation and machine loading for optimum output.

Minimizing performance bottlenecks for high productivity with maximum use of men, material as well as machine.

Coordinating with production & maintenance department to ensure smooth functioning online for ensuring the best quality of product being packed

Production Planning for the Injection Molding Depts. On Daily, Monthly and Annual basis

Annual, Monthly Resource Planning

Responsible for functioning of the Department as per TS: 16949 and OHSAS: 18001 and ISO: 14001.

Ensuring proper internal/external Audits and Visits in Department

Responsible for achieving Productivity Target for the Department

Responsible for achieving Mould Change, Setup Time Targets

Responsible for reducing scrap, internal rejection, Customer Rejection, & Customer Complaints 

Responsible for maintaining the Discipline and 5S of the Department

Ensuring running of the improvement activity in the department as Kaizen, suggestion, Pokayoke, 3G, Quality Circles etc.

Capacity/Resource Planning for New Product Development.  



Process Engineering/ Quality Assurance

Identifying assignable and chronic causes by the use of latest analysis techniques for eliminating wastages while enhancing plant efficiency and productivity.

Implementing various techniques for cycle time reduction and energy conservation, entailing identification of opportunities, analysis of data, conduction of tests, cost benefit analysis, implementation & post audits.

Ensuring adherence to quality standards & maintaining all related records and documents.

Monitoring the quality of products during the entire production process.

Man Management

Directing, leading & motivating workforce and imparting continuous on job training for accomplishing greater operational effectiveness/ efficiency. 

Working on succession planning of workforce, overseeing shift management activities and appraising the member as per his/ her performance.
