Job Profile : 

Logistics

Preparation DC for inter plant movement

Coordinating with Transporters for material clearance.

Verifying invoices for the service obtained and forward the same to Accounts.

Shipment and delivery preparations, which include shipment & delivery number creation.

Dispatch the goods as per the delivery plan.

Ensure materials are cleared on time via .

Coordination with DHL,FedEx and local transport for material delivery.

Warehouse

Receives delivery of materials from vendors.

Inspects quantity and quality of materials.

Taking inbound and GRN for BOM items.

Manages all documentation like Invoice, Inbound and GRN.

Submits all documentation to Accounting which is made the GRN.

Maintaining the level of optimizing the Inventory.

Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to warehouse.

Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy.

Conducts month-end inventory.

Ensures 5s of warehouse.

Discuss with the Buyer and Planner to maintain the warehouse inventory level.

Learn and operates all warehouse functions of JIT

Coordinate with production to get the Finished Goods for dispatching on time.

Review and resolve suppliers invoice holds.
