Company Profile : manufacturing laminated plastic tubes catering to the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) and Pharma space

Job Profile : 

To ensure that all material is received in good condition (Raw Material)

To ensure all the documents which are required ie GST Invoice, Packing list, COA, Label on the material, Batch No/Lot Nos if applicable, material description, Material code, Quantity, Mfg date.

Taking GRN in SAP (MIGO) & Offering material to QC for inspection.

Looking after stores management in WMS, Storage of GRN material, Creation of HU labels, Retrival of material as per Kitting List and offer the same to production.

Maintain FIFO system.

Daily basis monitoring of received material and report sent to concern person.

Circulation of Stock statement of RM stores to concern persons.

Ensure proper discipline and working of team member.

Daily Basis checked of received physical material and entry checked in system.

Monthly stock taking and report sent to all concern person.

Follow up with purchase team for Raw Material planning.

Managing storage system for easy identification of materials.

Ensuring adherence to quality standards for all incoming materials

Working as Team member with the Production & Planning department for coordination and material management.

Carrying out Daily Cycle Count.

Managing 10 Casual Labours / shift.

Reporting to Manager Operations.
