Responsible for inspection of incoming Material like sheet metal components fabricated components, paint & Resin etc.

Final inspection & In-process Inspection (GE, Alstom, ICF FRP part )

Pattern Inspection & FAI Inspection.

Supplier audit and Improvement.

Currently working on ICF Projects (MRVC, ACEMU, and DMU & IGBT) by using phenolic & polyester Resins as quality assurance Engineer. 

To ensure Defect free product.

Ensure the proper tooling & Raw material Availability on shop floor as per requirement.

Ensure Production output from operator or Contractor as per Production target.

Updating and maintain daily production documents and concern data of the project.

Taking Raw Material consumption and weight of each part which is require as per project requirement and compile with Design BOM to validate.

Ensure the packaging of parts after completion of project as per packing or customer requirement.

Ensure Wastage, No Rejection or Rework

Ensure daily Housekeeping on shop floor and outside premises of plant area.
