Job profile-

Monitoring the Incoming, In process and Final products right quality with minimum rejection & rework.

To ensure that all the incoming materials are inspected before the same are issued for use/production.

To maintain upkeep of all quality records pertaining to assist areas.

TO Reduce Inspection by POKA ?YOKA.

Any other responsibilities as assigned from time to time. For example, To find-out the Possibilities of Keizen and Poka-Yoka, To Maintain 5 ?S? and FIFO System.

1st  Part and Last Part Inspection as per standard & recorded.

On hold stock monitoring & rework .

Process verification sub assembly & final assembly.

To handle all quality related problems shop floor and supplier end.

Stander document fill as per PQCS as pcc, sample validation sheets,P- Chart,Q- Chart.etc. sheet.
