Execute Planning? as per Unit head instruction.

Machine setting and process setting.

Produce F.G. product as per laid down specification.

Mold trial, validation of mold and product.

Identify issues in mold , machines and other ancillary unit, highlight those issue and co-ordinate with various person or agency to solve it.

Material reconciliation.

Rejection analysis and prepare action plan to reduce it? with proper CAPA.

Down time analysis and prepare action plan to reduce it.

Maintain desired cycle time without compromising in quality and try to work to reduce cycle time and improve efficiency.

Train subordinates and workman for whole process.

Plan and Execute preventive maintenance schedule for mold and machines.
