Job profile- 

Responsible for providing support to the sales team and customers during the sales 

process. 

Process domestic Inquiries 

Preparations of quotation, negotiation & finalization of Orders. 

Prepared Proforma Invoice 

Maintaining Order Confirmation and executing in time. 

Co-ordination with Production department. 

Ensure timely delivery of material to customers 

Send Dispatch details to customer.

Follow-up for Due Payments 

Help to customer to resolve sales related issues in a timely manner, generally providing real- time support 

Find out government tender and participate 

Make Export packing list and Invoice 

Prepare daily Inquiry tracker & sales report
