Responsible for achieve daily, monthly production target by the daily production report. 

Managing all production activity of moulding floor. 

I have experience of production Process of  Plastic injection moulding. 

I have experience of handle Robot system.

I have experience of SPC, Control plan, FMEA. Also calculate PPM, OEE.

Responsible for new mould trail as per quality standards.

I have experience of Customer Audit handle and close the NC.

Responsibility of man power handle and shift management.

Responsible for skills development of operator and motivate for production enhancement with good attitude.

Responsible for Machine wise production and Rejection analysis on daily basis with quality team.

To keep shop floor clean and do housekeeping activities and 5'S in working area and shop floor.

Responsible for daily meeting with operator and team for achieve the target, safety, Clean the workplace.

Responsible for  Mould Preventive Maintenance on daily basis and also machine maintenance as per plan.
