Operation of Injection Moulding Machine.

To achieve the products target in time.

Trouble shooting of machine.

Hourly production and breakdown reports.

To maintain 5s in the plant

To keep update all machine in running condition.

Maintaining quality a test check sheet like ? Defect Decision Matrix, SOP , AIS , One Point Lesson and Lux monitoring sheet etc.
