Handling up to 28 machines with 50 manpower in a shift.

Optimization of process & process monitoring.

Shop floor management.

Implementation of  6-sigma.

Analysis of wastage & breakdown.

Production planning.

SAP entries.

Utilization of man Power.

Control daily wastage as low as possible.

Maintain Daily production report.

Prepare machine operation procedure.
