Knowledge of process setting Injection moulding and blow moulding machine [hydraulic&electrical.{ Toshiba ,millcron,goldcoin,jsw ,sahkar,nissei,akar,50 tonn to 350 tonnage} and CMP BLOWING 10gm to 2ltr RUN.

Knowledge of process materials PC.ABS,PP,HDPE,PPCP,NYLON6 30%GLASS.

Working as a production engineer in plastics division & reporting to the department manager.

Daily achieving the production target and root case analysis of gap [plan vs actual]

Taking corrective and preventive action on the problem with tool room team.

Working on running improvement project as leader and also for 5M improvement.
