Work Experience Details: 
Six plus (6+) years of experience as Production and Quality Control Engineer in the field of house hold and Industrial Engineering, Plastic Molding Industry. 

Sound knowledge of working with a variety of molding machinery to manufacture injection molded products.



Presently working in a leading Company as Production Engineer from Jan 2004 till date. 



Responsibilities:

Production planning and maintenance of the plant at highest efficiency. Meeting quality and satutory norms. Product manufacturings: CD-R, CD-ROM, DVD-R and DVD-ROM

Machinery worked on:

Netstal discjet-600 injection molding machines attached with M-2 downstream lines. Alpha electra injection molding machines attaches with Alpha Gemini downstream llines.

New product development:

Successfully produced CD-R and CD-ROM of 80 mm diameter on the same lines.

Additional achievement:

Have taken training in preparation of dye solution and successfully prepared fresh and recycle batches.



Worked in Sheth & Co as a Production cum Quality Control Engineer from August 2001 till Dec 2003

Other projects undertaken:

Organization: Coastal Plasto Containers, Hyderabad

Responsiblities:

Industrial training for two months,the organization involved in manufacturing of blow molded containers of fully open top(50, 60, 85 & 120 ltrs.) and closed open top(35 & 50 ltrs)on Jag Mohan industries blow molded machine JDM-120.



Organization: Shiddi Vinayak Packing Products, Hyderabad

Responsibilities:The project involved in manufacturing of 410 mm width and 0.35 mm thickness sheet for manufacturing of thermoforming articles on DGP windsor sheet extruder ESP700/65M



Organization :C.I.P.E.T.,Hyderabad

The project involved in manufacturing of MR Battery containers for military purpose on SP-130.
