Job profile-

1.To initiate the production of aligners once we receive the payment from customers and inform to lab for production.

2.Coordinating with lab to get the aligners within given time.

3.Forwarding the treatment plans to customers once we get the same from lab.

4.Inform Customer engagement management team for scheduling the appointment once aligners are ready.

5.Dispatch the aligners to Bangalore and Mumbai ( Partner clinics) once appointments are scheduled.

2.Processing sales and warehouse orders in the system as per the time lines and ensuring maintenance of service level agreement.

3.Coordinating with transporters, courier partners for order fulfillment and PODs.

4.Verifying transporter bills and taking care that payment is to be made on timely basis.
