Coordinating with sales, service and stock yard team regarding vehicles dispatched.

Regular follow-up and status reporting of vehicles deputed for deliveries to branches and customers till final delivery.

Monitor shipment clearance status.

To keep the track of Bills of all shipments allotted by me.

Also to check correctness of the bills with the quotes given by the concerned though mail. 

Daily MIS report generation and circulation.

To create MIS as per requirements.
