Job profile- 

1) Project: - Container Mixer

- Research & Develop special container mixer NXM for Master Batch application.

- Series NXM 600 design by some reference parameter and iso standard with mixing capacity 250

kg material.

- Generate SAP code for drawing and parts for easy purchase.

- Research & Develop Horizontal cooler mixer HCM 1800, HCM 800 capacity of 1800 ltr (1000 K.g)

and 800 ltr (450 k.g) calcium resin.

- PVC compounding, profile compounding, pipe compounding, master batch application.

2) Work: -

- 3D Modeling and 3D rendering of machine for sales and advertisement purpose.

- Design the vacuum and pressure conveying pipe for material and air input for proper mixing.

- To sketch the P & ID (piping and instrument diagram as customer's civil setup.

- Static equipment design HCM(horizontal cooler mixer), HV(horizontal vessel), ST(storage
