Job profile- 

Work closely with sales team for the transferring of orders to various system. Ensuring all orders are accurate as per 

customer requirement.

Factory follow-up on orders status and liaise with factory for material readiness and finished good and to ensure deliveries.

Sending dispatch details to customers.

Prepare report on excel as per requirements of marketing manager.

Order backlog sharing with sales team.

Doing purchase entries in tally.

Punch order in SAP software.

Maintain a proper record of all sales reports

Maintain daily stock update.

Making challan in tally ERP-9 

Checking the invoice provided by billing team.
