Being as a production Engineer, my job is maintains machines and process improvement, to manage a team of operators & supervisors to achieves the production targets said by management with good quality results and less rejection, also focus on SAFETY. 



To work as an independent owner of respective shift.

To support the production process for handling and preserving of raw material, components and scrap.

POSITION OBJECTIVE

To assist Production HOD to accomplish the targets given time to time.

Optimization of resources like material, manpower with respect to production plan.

Co-ordination with the maintenance department to carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.

Optimization of cycle y of all running molds and to validate the process with related ISO documents.

Co-Ordinate with PPC for smooth running of production in daily practices.

To monitor the procedure for quality checks at production level.

To implement decisions taken by superiors at shop floor.

To provide on job training to new workers and operators.

To ensure proper housekeeping, safety of man, machine, utilities etc.

To ensure the quality output of molded parts as per FPA sample.

Prepare FISH BONE DIGRAM for an any issue.

Knowledge about 7QC tool.

Maintain all the  document of moulding shop.

Knowledge about IFS(INDUSTRIAL FINACIAL SYSTEM).

Basic knowledge about ELECTRO PLATING PROCESS.

Interaction with other departments like quality control, maintenance, material and tool room.

To organize the transfer of components produced to stores

Handing over of the shift to next in charge with important instructions.



INDUSTRIAL SKILL EXPERIENCE:-

I have been successfully working independently as a ?Shift Engineer? of World Class

Injection molding shop floor containing higher tonnage injection molding machines up to 680Ton. 

I expertise with below:



PRODUCTION PROCESS: Practical experience off process setup, trouble shooting with less rejection.

RAW MATERIAL PROCESSED: ABS,PC+ABS,ASA,PC+ASA,PA6&66,PP,LDPE,LLDPE,HDPE.

MACHINES HANDLE: TOYO (30-680)T, FEROMATIC (50-450)T, THOSIBA 75T,JSW,L&T(180T).

ANCILLARY/UTILITY HANDLED: Chiller, Raw material conveying(Prasad), Air-compressor, HRTC(yodo),(devansi),Water MTC (witmann).

PPC: To follow up daily production planning control org anise mold changes on daily basis with priorities best mold & m/c combination. Monitored required R/M, MB, Packing accessories (box, polybag, trolleys) as per respective to run all planned moulds without stoppage.

REPORT: To prepare shift production report based hourly production report of every machine, mold unloading report , Breakdowns reports, Rejection analysis report etc.



1.Operation of injection molding machine such as ?

Toyo (50-680T),  Ferromatic 450 T,  Toshiba 350T, JSW, L&T.

2.Testing such as-  MFI, THICKNESS TEST, density,  impact strength ,ESCR ,water immersion, Viscosity, Resistance.
