Job profile- 

Module mounting structure (MMS) 

Prepare conceptual design in 3D software (Solid-works) of solar PV mounting Structure/Solar Products. ? Prepare 3D model, BOQ, and fabrication drawings. 

Prepare model and drawings for all MMS parts as per engineering standards followed by clients.

Prepare module mounting structure (MMS) general arrangement (GA) drawing, ballooning drawing, and 

exploded view. 

Responsible for releasing all fabrication drawings for MMS. 

Responsible for revised all shop drawings and BOQ as per requirements of the clients and then share to the 

procurement team.

Coordination with the vendors for inspection of the prototype at vendor/supplier place for design/ drawing 

verification/finalization as per improvement suggested.

Coordinate with the site team for any design-related issue.



2. Inverter Skid, 3HTP skid & ICOG skid

Prepare 3D model and fabrication drawings for all types of skid as per engineering standard followed by clients. 

Prepare general arrangement drawing & complete bill of material.

Responsible for releasing all fabrication drawings for all skid.

Responsible for making necessary changes as per client requirements.

 

3. Cleaning Robot. 

Prepare conceptual design in 3D software of docking station, reversing station, and bridge.

Prepare an actual model and drawings of a docking station, reversing station, and bridge. 

Responsible for releasing all fabrication drawings for the procurement team.

4. Tracker. 

Prepare 3D model and shop drawings for the prototype.



ACADEMIC PROJECT 

1. Project Name ? Design and Fabrication of Exercise Bicycle.

Description - In busy life schedule people don?t have much time for doing exercise. Because of lack of 

exercise people facing various health issues. In this project, we used a rowing mechanism. Rowing 

mechanism which is a place in the cycle in the form of sprocket and chain drive. With help of sprocket and 

chain drive, the wheel will drive. There will be a sliding seat is provided over top. The exercise bicycle serves 

as an excellent exercise machine engaging or muscle group in order to serve mode exercise. 



TECHNICAL SKILL

Hand-on knowledge of implementing 3D Part and Assembly models, and 2D drafting in Solid-works. 

Knowledge of Weld-mate, Sheet metal, and Surfacing. 

Knowledge of Auto-desk Inventor Professional. 

Basic knowledge of Inventor Nastran.

Basic knowledge of Auto Cad. 

Strong analytical, creative, and concept generation skills. 

Exposure of working in team and Brainstorming sessions to solve minute discrepancies in the project.

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft word.
