Production Department:

Handling the Production Department activities like.

1)first of all getting customer order

2)Making formulation by customer order.

3)Arrange the Production to Extrusion lines.

4)Arrange Mixing and compounding sector.

5)Start the Production and after first 100kg check the Quality of the material like MFI, DENSITY, IMPACT, ASH CONTENT,TENSILE TESTING, FLEXURAL TESTING and also check the FR TESTING for FR grade.

6)Packaging of this material and dispatch the material within customer time duration.

Quality department I will be checking MFI, DENSITY, ASH CONTENT , TENSILE TESTING , IMPACT TESTING, FLEXURAL TESTING, COLOUR MATCHES BY ASTM STANDARDS
