Job profile- 

Managing production related tasks including planning & control productivity & capacity utilization.

Handled Injection Moulding Machine ranging from 80 to 150 Ton (Ferromatik,Toshiba,Engel,TKC Vertical Injection Moulding Machine).

Responsible for production as well as good quality of injection moulding component.

All mould change and process parameter setting.

SAP entry of daily production.

Arrengement of manpower in the shift. 

Responsible for 5s related activities.

Process raw material like PP,PC,PA,ABS,NYLON,HDPE,LDPE,PBT,SEBS.

Analysis of the line rejection & taking action for the reduction.

Operating injection moulding machine.

Wittmann robote operating & setting in injection moulding machine.

Daily stock taking and planning.

Manpower handling in the shop floor

Manpower shift schedule setting.

Mould maintenance basic knowledge.
