? As head of Dept. Of Production to maintain Discipline, execute manpower planning and Implement the system for smooth production and provide congenial environment at shop floor.	

? Fully responsible to keep the plant and machinery in good condition to get the maximum output in quality and Quantity.

? Making the production planning weekly as per customer requirement.

? Making the delivery planning weekly as per the customer requirement.

? Checking the production report and analysis the engineer efficiency, Consumption of material, rejection in percentage, and calculate down time in every day and send the report to managing Director (H.O.).

? Purchase order giving to the raw material distributor monthly as per production schedule.

? Control all the Engineers and supervisors and distribute their job responsibilities.
