Create and improve twin screw Co-rotating compounding to line D & K for Research and 

Development sample.

Recycled PP fibers through melt spinning process.

Analyze and determine Mechanical testing as like Tensile strength, Elongation at yield, Elongation 

at break, Tensile Modulus, Flexural Strength, Flexural Modulus, Creep, Fatigue, MFI, Filler, 

Rockwell Hardness, Profile projector, Impact tester (IZOD/CHARPY), Notch Cutter Machine 

for ASTM/ISO Standard, Specific Gravity, Color Photo-spectrometer, HDT, Scratch Resistance 

test, Shrinkage.

Extrusion line for R&D development:- 75mm - 500kg/h (Line G/Omega manufacturer)

32 mm- 100-150kg/h (Line K/Nanjing Haisi extrusion equipment co. ltd)

Analyze production and machinery line.

Research and develop new manufacturing processes.
