Job profile- 

Implement production plan as well as insuring necessary inputs like 3M (man, machine & material).

Giving technical support for trouble shooting the process and for smooth functioning of routine works. 

Actively participate in of all type of breakdown and preventive maintenance of injection molding machines, and Utility like as Chiller, Dryer, De-humidifier.  

Actively participate in breakdown and preventive maintenance of Multy cavities mould up to 32 to 72 cavities.  

Monitoring mold loading and Process Parameter Setting and optimization.

Maintaining Good Housekeeping of Shop Floor & Mold Housekeeping.  

To implement 5-S, KAIZEN, FIFO, HACCP, GMP,

Fill up ISO and HACCP related all document as per organization.

Daily directly reporting to Production incharge.

Making daily production report on Excel sheet and ERP.

Maintaining spare parts for machine, mould & its auxiliary system.

Actively participate in installation of One Krauss Maffei Machines and Four ASB 70DPH Machines, one SACMI Preform inspection system PVS.
