? Ensuring Quality in production. Initiate corrective actions to solve quality problems in production, if necessary to solve quality problems.

? Meeting machine-wise, article-wise and performance targets.

? Maintaining all process parameters of machine and equipment as per the instruction form time to time to control rejection rate below the norms & also reduce unnecessary material wastage.

? Getting the finishing and control operations done on the machine it self?s, and whenever possible because reduce of extra time of other Operation & also use of time for other Planning.

? Supervising operator self control.   

? Minimizing the possibility of machine break down by timely intimating maintenance department. & Try to full utilization of m/c. & also try to increases of efficiency target. 

? Optimum utilization of manpower to meet the targets & also continuously improvement in quality of products. Production, Rejection control Planning of Projects. 

? Maintaining all Quality & Production relevant records and documents.

? Training of injection molding operators (As a safety, Awareness about rejection,Costomer complaint, articles,Kaizen, First aid box, Fork lift, Operation of m/c...etc.). 

? Housekeeping of the shop floor area.

? Controlling wastage, power consumption and reducing cost at all level.

? Daily production reports preparation and entry in the software.

? Monthly performance review meeting report preparation.

? Hazards identification & elimination.

? Process control by making SPC.

? Participating actively in all FMEA studies.

? Participating actively in all employees.

? Empowerment / Motivation programs.

? Administration head of all sections after office hours.
