1) Establishing molding process at shop floor.

2) Establishing molding cycle time weight colour and aesthetic.

3) Sistine operation manager in approval and trial of plastic raw material for various application

4) Monitoring performance of mould on the basic of rejection and other parameters.

5) Manpower allotment.

6) Production reporting filling.

7) On job training to new employees.

8) Production plan refer changeover accordingly.

9) Machine start up and shutdown procedure has to follow.
