Job Profile: (1) With the post Assistant Manager (Quality Assurance) in FIBC Department.

Here I am responsible of Quality of FIBC, Cutting, Printing and Packing .

(A) To secure product quality by Training Checkers Team on shop floor to 

identify any issues.

(B) To train team of supervisors so they understand quality issues and how to 

solve them at root level.

(C) To continuously monitor quality through supervisors and prepare daily 

reports of quality check.

(D) To check critical quality check as per customer specification.

(E) Technical Knowledge about FIBC.

Job profile- 

(A) Here I have worked with export specification to design the fibc bags , 

checked the production sample.

(B) To control the quality of lines association with checkers .



Job profile- 

Ensure that all finished goods are tested against the defined quality norms, 

and defectives products/items are being taken from the lot. 

Ensure for the Quality Checks and norms are strictly adhered in final products 

before making dispatch at the customer site. 

Ensure all the defectives products are brought to the knowledge of the 

respective concerned department and to the managements, and to be 

marked as non-conformance with proper documentation. 

Ensure all quality log book are adequately filled, managed and data is 

analyses on time, also to prepare reports as per requirement and analyses 

product data sheet and update management.

To random and sample check plans, as per quality standards, and the same 

has to be maintained without any deviations. 

To coordinate with the production and store department for the quality 

check.
