Conduct Trials for the purpose of cost reduction, Raw material change and new Polymer

development as per customer requirements.

Daily maintain Test Lab and Research and development department, regarding documents as per

IATF format in Himalay Polymer.

To develop energy saving, Cost saving and safety kaizen for lab organization growth.

PDCA why why analysis, trouble tracking for compounding out going process and skills related

defects and overall quality improvement.

Polymer formulation and machine parameter adjustment as per ISO and ASTM standards

requirement for the checking of Physical, Thermal, chemical, Mechanical and colour properties.

Monitor whole plan of Polymer development, Raw materials Testing and Polymer mixing

formulation in Himalay Polymer. 

Achieve whole Development in minimum time with minimum rejection as per pre calculations.

All testing lab tools, Equipment monitoring and preventive maintenance as per schedule.

All testing lab near miss monitoring and lab audit for safety point identification.

Fire safety, first aid, mock drill participation for plant level.

Monitoring of test lab 5s safety and near miss and preventive action on them.
