Customer Interaction: 

Attend Customer Complaints & Preparing CAPA & Implementation for Customer 

Complaints.

Interacting with Customer any New Developments, Trails, Meetings etc.

Interacting with Customer regarding daily Dispatches, Schedules etc. 

-Preparing Sampling Plan, AQL, SOP Test Methods:

Preparation of Sampling plan & AQL (Acceptance Quality Level) for all In house &

Incoming materials.

Preparation of Standard Specifications for all in house & Incoming materials.

Preparation of SOP?s & Test Methods.

Training given to Sub Ordinates on above subjects & to follow the same.

Internal Audit:

Preparation of Internal Audit Schedule & Calendar.

Conducting the IA to all Departments as per the schedule & Preparing Audit Report & 

Follow up for Action Plan.

Calibration:

Conducting the Calibration for all Instruments/Escapements at External Agency.

Preparation of all Calibration Records i.e., Calibration Schedule, Calibration Matrix, New 

Equipment List, Calibration Reports etc. 

New Product Development: 

Planning for New Product development/ Trails which are profitable to the organization 

without effecting to Customer. (New Vendor Development, Product Development, Trails).
