Job profile- 

I have to report to our Plant Head/for following jobs

Problems observed during each shift

Material related problem raised in each shift

Required preventative maintenance.

Causes of Machine  breakdown

Training required in the production floor

Achievement if any per shift

Result of trail with relates to processing if any 

Process faults & it remedies if any

Requirement of spare parts if any.

Use of new spare if needed to replace of old if any.

Production plan changing if needed.

Objective: Achieve production target, less scrap & quality  with no any complaint.
