Tooling feasibility, DFM & DFA.

Creation of Parting Line.

Fixation study.

Clash Analysis & Comparison Analysis, DMU Analysis.



Project 02

Project Name: Electronics Throttle (Electric Two wheeler).

Software Used: CATIA V5 R24.

Description: Design of Plastic & Sheet Metal Components. 

1) Plastic IC Part, Plastic Magnet Part, Main Cover, IC Cover, Rubber Grip, Switch Cap.

2) Magnet, Al Grip, Some Electrical Concepts.

My Role:

Benchmark study of all components.

Creation of 3D Model &2D Drawings, Draft analysis, Creation of Parting Line, Clash analysis & 

Comparison Analysis, DFM, DFA.

Tooling feasibility, mold Study, 

All Design Documentation like Feasibility Report, Design Development Plan, Basic DFMEA & 

testing of throttle on Vehicle level.
