Company profile- engaged in manufacturing and supplying, Air Oil Separators For Screw Compressors



Job profile- 

Create 3D models using sheet metal and part modeling functionality in CAD. 

Create drawings and bills of material for sheet metal and purchased parts.

Generate complex assembly drawings and bill of materials.

Revise product documentation in CAD and Product Life cycle Management (PLM)

database using our revision control system.

Work with manufacturing engineers and production associates to build prototypes and 

provide direction when needed.

Write, submit, and release engineering changes in our PLM database. 

Identify the needs of the company for new products and solutions.

Ensure the EDP (Engineering Design Process) and DFMEA while working on a 

new product which Involves Market, technical research, prototype making, testing 

through its PLM (Product Life cycle).

Ensuring processes, Operations like punching, Crimping, Press Parts on sheet metal 

from start to end of product.

Arranging Brainstorming sessions, meetings with Engineering and production team to 

analyses and solve critical technical problems.

Delivering product specifications and procedures to the manufacturing team for 

production purposes.



Expertise: - 

Design Software: - Creo, Catia and Solid works (General assemblies, sub-assemblies, 

Part Modelling)

Material and processes - sheet metal (low and medium carbon steel), plastic molding and 

Injection, Rubber materials.
