Job profile- 

Role & Responsibility - Production planning & Control

Focus on customer requirement and Ship to request delivery.

To assure make the Production planning and Material planning W.T.R customer requirement and considering 4M availability (Man, machine, material, and method).

Responsible for 17 injection molding machine , 3 assembly line for CFIP units.

Preparing and implementing production plans effectively to utilize the overall Machine?s capacities.

Line balancing & WIP control on way forward to Lean manufacturing.

Preparing daily, weekly, monthly machine loading & Sales plan as per the Customer orders and Organization Budget.

Preparing Material planning as per customer demand weekly ,Monthly and quarterly.

Review technical requirement for the New product development project to align shop floor activity & material requirement accordingly.

Commit Delivery schedule ( order acknowledgment ) to Customers and Order management team.

Demand & Forecast planning.

Effective managing the inventory level of products for ensuring ready availability of materials to meet production and delivery targets.

Maintaining and monitoring Re-order level for Min-Max Item and safety stock for improve the FG Delivery to Customer and reduce Lead time.

Work experience in MRP and implemented MRP through Oracle system.

ABC , AYX analysis. 

Priority for Non moving inventory liquidation.

Monitoring daily production OEE and plan v/s Actual and analysis the down time of w.r.t 16 losses methodology and remove bottle neck for smooth Production.

Information on day to day production activity as desired by the Management.

Conducting daily production meeting and reviewing the operation issues.

Weekly review with purchase for raw material receipt w.r.t to adopted tools of inventory management  for smooth production and as well as inventory control.

Analysis Gross Margin & % Material to sales ratio.

Analysis work order reconciliation.

Maintain good relation and coordination with supported function ( Purchase , Production , store , Process ,tool room , maintenance , logistic , Quality team ).

Preparation of monthly MIS reports as required by the management and ensures that all activities related to Planning are carried out as per specifications and Gap analysis.



Role & Responsibility ? Purchasing management

Ensuring raw material availability as per 5 R methodical of Purchase. 

Release RFQs for New developments parts.

Responsible for forging , Casting , machining  component procurement's and Rubber chemicals ( elastomers ).

Identify the bottleneck / constrains affecting the delivery schedule and prepare action plant to remove it. 

Jointly work with SQA ( supplier quality team ) for resolving Raw materials Quality issue for achieve customer lead time , delivery schedule of end customer , controls on cost of poor quality.

Sustain good relationship with internal & external stakeholders.

Effectively Ma-intend inventory levels as per adopted tools like min-max , kan-ban , VMI , 2 bin , critical items. 

Responsible for spent control of direct raw material inwards w.r.t customer requirement and sustain cash flow of organization.

Liquidation of non moving inventory.

Monthly monitoring of supplier performance in terms of delivery, quality, quantity and take action for supplier improvement effectively.

Improve gross margin of product by reducing raw material cost.

Support New Product Development projects.

Facing Audits of internal & external.

Maintend records of rate contract , NDA , EHS ,technical specification agreements.

Preparation of monthly MIS.
