Extrusion blow moulding (EBM) and Injection moulding (IM) technology..

Maintenance of Hydraulic valves includes Pressure Relief Valve, Pressure Reducing Valve,Direction Control 

Valve, Proportional Valve, changes bladder of hydraulic accumulator, changes seal kit of hydraulic cylinder, 

accumulator, Ram, Intensifier, hydraulic motor and changes cartridge of Vane pumps. Changes the 

hydraulic hoses.

Breakdown maintenance ? planning and aligning team for handling breakdown of different technologies as

Planning for Annual maintenance of EBM and IM technology as per analysis of its conditions and yearly 

breakdowns records.

CIP- Continuously working for improvement of technology through plant level analysis and development
