Company profile- It deals in interior Plastic component like door trim , fender lining , trim  quarter , grill radiator , ctr piller , cover engine, etc.

There are fourteen injection Moulding Machine which capacity have from 850T to 2800T.

All machine are fully CNC and Robotics operated machine.



Job profile- 

Responsible for production as well as good quality of injection moulding component

Mold change and parameter setting.

SAP entry of daily production.

Arrangement of manpower in the shift.

Utilization of optimum resources to achieve given target production.

Responsible for 5s related activities.

Implement of Kaizen in the Shop floor.

Applying Quality control techniques in maintaining quality of product.

Analyzing Customer issues and taking action for improvements..
