Company profile is making 28mm cap closures for pepsi and coca cola. for making this my company uses ccm (continuous compression molding) machine. Firstly extrusion then compression. It produces 480 caps per minutes. and there is another machine for lining the caps it lined 1100 caps per minutes. lining means to prevent the leakage in the bottle. It is Italy (sacmi) based machine. We used polyolifinsmaterials.
