Responsible for achieving daily and monthly planned production targets as per as quality standards 

Arrange and allocate workforce according to workload and maintain the process control. 

Implementation of production system at every stage of process. 

Co-ordination with quality, taking necessary corrective actions for reducing rejections and rework.
