Responsible for part model to develop complete die design and tool making feasibility and responsible for manufacturing monitoring up to dispatch.  

Assigned with the customer part model detailing, part cast modeling and detailing. 

Assigned with the Casting inspection report preparation.  

Assigned with the responsibilities of creating the Part Drawings (2D &3D).

Responsible for complete die cooling system Design of all component of Ranges.

Handled the job of checking and correcting the complete Bill of Materials (BOM) of a Ranges before it is released to manufacturing.

Responsible of creating Model Design with GD&T (Geometric Dimensional & Tolerance).
